- I used to write the word “Beowulf” on my knuckles before tennis matches after Mrs. Gavlinski made us read it in my Honors English: Europe Literature class senior year. That’s probably why I find time out of my social schedule to blog, but it’s also why I’m excited for the Beowulf movie within the next year. (Here’s a drawing by my friend Kevin for Mrs. Gavilinski during his senior year)
The only thing I like more than HP 7 is HP 7 t-shirts… with SparkNotes’ style spoilers.
The first concert I ever saw in my life was Neil Young. It was senior year of highschool, the year he released the Greendale album. Neil made the crowd sit through an hour and a half of small town America concept album before rocking our free worlds. Needless to say, the upcoming graphic novel to accompany the atrocity is not even mildly exciting.
